All Wireless Online Return policy
Our goal is to ensure that you are fully satisfied with every purchase made at All Wireless. If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased you may return the merchandise within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Phones purchased on activation or upgrade may be returned within 30 days.
Original sales receipts are required for all returns. Damaged items and items that display excessive wear and tear are non-refundable. Phones purchased without a contract (cold units) are non-refundable. Data Accessories, Batteries, pre-paid phones, and pre-paid cards are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacture defective. Payments made to All Wireless for third party accounts are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with original packaging and must include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Upgrade, activation, service, shipping, handling, and other additional fees are non-refundable.
A 15% Restocking Fee applies to all returned headsets, and ear pieces unless due to manufacture defect.
A $15.00 Restocking Fee applies to all returned phones and data devices unless due to manufacture defect. In the event of cancellations within 30 days, Non-returned handsets are charged to the customer at full retail cost. In the event of cancellations after 30 days the customer will be invoiced the full retail cost of the handset. Customers may be subject to a credit for returned devices.
All returns are subject to the following fees: A $7.00 Fee is assessed for a missing/damaged instruction booklet. A $25.00 Fee is assessed for a missing/damaged box/package. A $29.99 Fee is assessed for a missing/damaged charger, holster, data cable, memory card, or SIM card. A $50.00 Fee is assessed for cosmetic damages or scratches.
Refunds $25.00 and under are issued in the same form of payment used in the original purchase. Refunds over $25.00 are refunded with a company check within 7-10 business days from the refund request with the exception of credit card payments. Purchases made by check require an additional 14 days for processing. A $35.00 charge is assessed on all Returned Checks.
